DUE TO HEALTH RESTRICTIONS AND SANITARY REASONS, WE DO NOT RESELL SWIMSUITS, INTIMATE/ INTIMATE APPAREL, HOSIERY AND LINGERIE ITEMS. THESE ITEMS WILL BE FINAL SALE (NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGES, ALL SALES ARE FINAL). IF THERE IS AN ERROR FROM THE NIQUE AT NITE TEAM IN SIZING/ORDERS WE WILL GLADLY CORRECT THE PROBLEM. Onesie Pajamas are considered to be a part of the intimates category and will not be eligible for returns/exchanges. The onesie items fit very true to size but if you are unsure about your size please refer to the size chart. If you are still conflicted between sizes then pick the size up to be on the safe side.
Shipping Policy
Before an item can be sent out it has to be processed. Orders take between 1-5 days to be processed and prepared for shipping. Once the items are done being processed they are then shipped via usps. Shipping takes place during normal business days excluding holidays and a tracking number will be provided via email. Items take between 1-5 days to arrive at your address once they are shipped. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Niqueatnite.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
